Individual evaluation and treatment programs utilise exercise, manual skills and modality intervention to treat all conditions. Our goal is to help patients resume their normal activities as soon as possible by facilitating maximum function and independence.
Exercise Programs
Active Body's Exercise Physiologists work closely with our Physiotherapists in constructing a specific exercise program for each patient, which they can continue at home. The patient is progressed each consultation with the goal to return them to work, play and living.

Active Body Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation can offer the expertise of an Exercise Physiologist to create a customized Exercise Program that is specific to the clients individual needs.
One-on-one sessions are ideal for those who lack motivation, are unsure of what kind of exercises to do or simply for those individuals who want to have fun whilst training.Each client will undergo a full fitness assessment prior to the commencement of training. This assessment will not only address areas of weakness, but will also provide a baseline to which improvements can be measured. Each session is tailored to the individual whether it is in the area of weight loss, injury rehabilitation, strength and toning or sports specific conditioning.
Appointments are at a minimum 1 hour in length and are carried out in a professional and non-confronting environment found in large gyms.
